販売価格は、すべて税込表記です。国内への配送料は販売価格に含まれており、別途かかりません。
海外へのお届けの場合は、国際配送料がご購入手続きの中で計算され、別途ご負担いただきます。また、輸入国で発生する関税・輸入消費税等は、ご購入者様のご負担となります。

Timing: Credit card, PayPal and Amazon Pay are charged when the order is confirmed. Convenience store, Pay-easy and bank transfer must be paid by the deadline issued after ordering. Pay-after-delivery is settled using the invoice that arrives with the work.
Orders placed from outside Japan go through a separate international checkout, which has its own payment options.

商品のお届け時期

ご入金の確認後、1週間以内に発送いたします。後払い決済の場合は、ご注文確定後、1週間以内に発送いたします。
海外へのお届けは代行事業者を経由するため、お手元に届くまでに
2〜4週間程度いただく場合があります。
お問い合わせへの返信は、3営業日以内をめどにおこなっています。

Works are dispatched within 7 days of payment confirmation. For pay-after-delivery orders, within 7 days of order confirmation.
International orders pass through a forwarding agent's warehouse in Japan, so delivery may take 2-4 weeks in total.
I aim to reply to enquiries within 3 business days.

返品について

作品はすべて一点制作のため、お客様のご都合による返品・交換は
お受けしておりません。あらかじめご了承ください。
配送中の破損、または作品に欠陥があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にメールにてご連絡ください。状況を確認のうえ、返金いたします。その際の返送料は当方が負担いたします。ご連絡の際は、作品全体・破損箇所・梱包外箱の写真を添付してください。
画面の設定により、作品の色味が実物と異なって見える場合があります。
また、和紙に土と膠で描いた作品のため、経年によりわずかな色の変化が生じることがあります。いずれも素材および表示上の性質によるもので、返品の理由といたしかねます。

Every work is one of a kind. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
If a work arrives damaged or defective, please contact me by email within 7 days of delivery. I will confirm the condition and issue a refund, and I will cover the cost of return shipping. Please attach photographs of the whole work, the damaged area, and the outer box.
Colours may appear different on screen from the actual work. The work is made with earth and animal glue on washi paper, and may shift slightly in colour over the years. Neither is grounds for return.
